Systems without native integrations make you
waste time
Tier2 Cargo connects natively to the regulatory and operational systems your freight forwarding operation already has to use every day in Brazil. No re-keying, no intermediate spreadsheets, no fragile integrations that break with every Receita Federal update.
Native integrations, built to simplify the freight forwarder's operation.
Every integration was built by our team and is maintained in-house. When Receita Federal updates a rule or Portal Único changes an endpoint, adapting is our job — not yours.
Portal Único
Direct transmission of DUIMP, DUE and the other documents of Brazil's new foreign trade platform. Keeps pace with the Receita Federal schedule without depending on manual patches. Your team doesn't need to open Portal Único — data flows from Tier2 Cargo straight into the system.
CCT — Cargo and Transit Control
Automatic transmission of air shipment data to Portal Único's CCT, in the format required by Receita Federal. Configured within the shipment workflow, with no manual uploads to a separate system.
NFS-e
Brazilian electronic service invoice (NFS-e) issuance integrated with the financial module. Generated automatically from process billing, with layouts accepted by the municipalities where your operation works.
CTE — Electronic Transport Document
Automatic validation and cross-checking of the CTEs linked to import processes. No need to check document by document manually.
Serpro (CNPJ)
Automatic registry lookup when adding clients, suppliers and partners. Registration fields are filled directly from Serpro, with no typing or manual checks on the Receita Federal website.
BACEN
Real-time exchange rates for financial settlement. Direct integration for PTAX and the other official rates, eliminating side lookups and manual spreadsheet updates.
The practical effect of the integrations.
Before: Manual upload to a separate system, with risk of delays and data mismatches.
After: Automatic when the shipment is confirmed, in the format Portal Único requires.
Before: A side lookup on the Receita Federal website, typing in the data, checking it manually.
After: Type the CNPJ and the record fills in automatically via Serpro.
Before: Generated separately in a standalone tax system, re-keying the billing data.
After: Issued straight from the financial workflow, with process data already filled in.
Before: Document-by-document checks, with mismatches easily slipping through.
After: Automatic validation built into the process, with an alert when something doesn't match.
Before: Tracking rates in a side spreadsheet, with the risk of using an outdated value.
After: Real-time BACEN rates inside the financial settlement itself.
Before: Waiting for a vendor patch, doing manual rework until it arrives.
After: Adapted in-house by our team, transparent to the client.
Native integrations save time and prevent rework.
Anyone working in freight forwarding knows the regulatory side consumes a disproportionate share of the team's time. It isn't the work that creates value for the client — it's work that simply has to be done for the process to move forward.
When those steps are integrated into the same system the operation runs on, the time spent drops drastically. When they live in separate systems, or in fragile integrations that depend on outside maintenance, the cost shows up as rework, retransmission and human error — delaying processes and tying the team up in tasks that create no value for the client.
About integrations.
Do you track regulatory changes automatically?
Yes. Our technical team monitors Receita Federal publications and changes to the government systems, and updates the integrations before they affect your operation. You don't wait for a patch or download a new version.
Is there an additional cost per integration?
No. The Portal Único, CCT, NFS-e, CTE, Serpro and BACEN integrations are included in the per-user subscription, with no extra charge for usage or volume.
What if I need an integration that isn't on the list yet?
We evaluate specific requests case by case. If the integration makes sense for our client base as a whole, it goes on the roadmap and you don't pay extra for it. If it's specific to your process, we discuss scope before any commitment.
How soon are the integrations active after signing up?
The integrations are active from the first day you use the system. The specific configuration of your registration in the government systems (certificates, credentials) is handled during the initial setup, within the 2-to-4-week migration period.
Does the Portal Único integration cover DUIMP and DUE?
Yes. We cover transmission of DUIMP, DUE and the other Portal Único documents, following Receita Federal's mandatory adoption schedule.
